Here you have another skin for Vbulletin 3.8.1 available for free download (you must register in order to download it).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Extract ZIP folder.
2. Inside the Upload folder is a folder named "images" upload this folder to your vbulletin directory (upload in binary mode).
3. Log into your vbulletin admin panel.
4. Go to Styles & Templates > Download/Upload Styles
5. In the Import Style XML File section, click on the "Browse.." button.
6. Go to the Upload folder in the download you got from us and select the "fileshare-style.xml" file.
7. Click the "Import" button.

You are welcome ravi, this free skin is powered also by a Sidebar hack for vB so you are free to set up if showing a Sidebar just on your forum's index, on all your pages (even into posts) or none of the above (no Sidebar at all) :)
