Default Gmail increases attachment size to 25 MB
With Gmail, you can send and receive messages up to 25 megabytes (MB) in size.
Please note that you may not be able to send larger attachments to contacts who use other email services with smaller attachment limits.

Wow, 25MB, really big, if I don't remember wrongly, Hotmail supports 10MB, and Yahoo gives limitation of 20MB, so 25MB is the biggest one among these three, hehe... However, since neither hotmail or yahoo would support as big as 25MB, guess if we send email through gmail to hotmail or yahoo, we still can't reach to 25MB, hehe. :)

Good to hear, I always use Gmail. To bad this internet connection would take 2 hours to open up a 25 MB attachment

Now, we can attach a vedio and sent it to our friends instead of uploading it in another server and sending them the link. If someone uses Outlook express then they might face a problem is the attachment size is large.

I never received any video file through email, guess it's too big, hehe... Plus if we all send file in big size, it will eat up lots of bps from the email server, isn't it? Maybe that's the reason they limit the size for attachment, otherwise maybe they couldn't stand for the burden, hehe... Don't think I would send any email with 25MB attachment, since no email server would accept that, except I send from my gmail account, to another gmail address, hehe. :)

Well, you are right in some sense. Uploading a vedio can be a difficult task due to internet speed in some regions. But, there are new internet service provider, that provides really fast speed at a resonable price.
