Last 12months I've been member of twitter for sure, not so active though, only couple of followers there, haha!

@jr_sci, ya surely there are some people from countries other than India, Pakistan, Brazil etc., I just mean these three countries are where main members are coming, hehe... :)

No, I dont think so that social networks are slowing down. Rather every second day you come across a new social networking site. Some have even clubbed with job posting sites. in addition to social they also offer proffessional assistance ...i mean in terms of getting new job as well. This is no more oof a craze than a necessity for people online.

Hmm, I guess so... Each and every day I get alerts from facebook, seems people are all active there... I think myspace was popular in the past for a while, even heard Britney Spears got profile there, now I see facebook is giving big beat to myspace, and I personally like facebook more than myspace... :)

I am not saying that the change will cause the slow down, but that the change is a symptom of a slow down.

Risky changes aren't usually taken when you are still trying to build your brand or attract new members. Once you have a large enough following, changes seem less risky.

I agree with you, social networking site is a good place where we keep contacting with known persons, and meeting new people... Also it's a good place for promoting one's program, web site, service, or anything we wanna promote... I personally like social networkign sites, hehe... By the way glad to see Mrniceguy back posting in the forum :)

Social networking sites are evolving, now it's already a place of business. The tweets that I got are usually blog promotions which isn't a good thing for me :(
