Default Seems i'm logged in but...

From time to time when i go to Vbulletin based forums as Onlinewebmarket, DP and others after entering my username and password i see the redirect dialog box with "Thank you for logging in, masterweb." and the second line under with "Click here if your browser does not automatically redirect you."...ok till now everithing seems ok. But when redirecting to the main page of the forum seems i'm not logged in, i can't post nor enter my userCP. Well i thought was an isolated issue for this board due is too overloaded of traffic and so on...(it happens to me using Firefox or IE7, even Opera).

But yesterday i received a PM from a member reporting me the same error (when entering his access info and after watching the welcome dialog box...nothing...he is not logged in the board)...

So after a small search i made around the net i collected the following tips in case it happens to any member here at Onlinewebmarket again:

  • Just go to any thread and click 'Post Reply', then, you will be taken to the sign in box. Just log in and thats it. Now, you will stay in unless you log out or the time expires.
  • If you login then navigate through the site it just logs in for you (even if seems you aren't logged on the board).
  • If happens using IE7 check if you enabled the Java Script routines, also keep it updated with latest available upgrade from Microsoft.

I'm looking forward to isolate this issue and solve it.

I have the same problem when accessing from IE forums as DP, Sitepoint, NP and so on...i think is a bug into the browser and not into the code of OWM, or an error on the main kernel of Vbulletin...I'll work on this...
