as i known, we can use meta tags for search engine, generally there are three type:
Meta Keywords Tag
Meta Description Tag
Meta content Tag

can i put all in my html coding?

At one point search engines were big on the meta data but as they have evolved and people abused the function using unrelated keywords ,they have made their algorithms much more sophisticated and these days it takes more than just meta to rank well on the major search engines but a good description and related search terms still does help even if it's just a bit.
