My (non professional) review:

The general layout is clean and easy to navigate (usually blogs with a light background are the best for reading). also the right java box wit "Recent Post", "Recent Comments" and "Archives" are really usefull for readers.

The 3 125x125 add spaces are well located (just a personal suggestion: try finding an automated plugin for managing adds instead the manual "Drop Me A Mail" scheme (helps you saving a lot of time).

The choice to translate part of your content to other languages is also a smart resource you are using (even if when i looked for Spanish or Italian i got: "Sorry, the Google translation engine is temporarily not available. Please try again later or switch to another translation engine"... but of course isn't your fault, is only a Google's issue).

Also your site loads fast enough and without errors nor using Firefox neither using IE7 (even if checking your blog with the tool of W3C i got 94 Errors, 28 warnings = http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fthebestweightlossblog.com&c harset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&g roup=0 ).

Just a personal suggestion: try another logo or header more proffesional than the actual one .

1) I don't like your title/logo thingy. It doesn't fit it with the black head.
2)But i do like the way it is setout.
