HI artagnan1978, I see it's a site to build up a money making team, so if I wanna become a member there, how much does it cost for the membership? If I'm away from internet, will it still earn something for me?

Yes, I made it in dreamweaver. I already got rid of the border around the slide shows

You have a nice site........But I think header image height should be little less.

In my opinion, your site content are too way wide, maybe because you just only have text and video inside and there is no background which makes it more 'empty', and lastly you should only have one video instead of two video because that will confusing visitor from viewing it
